What is my username?

Your username is a unique log in identification for your own myI-CAR account. If you do not

have a username linked to your own myI-CAR account, please create a unique username. To

get started you will need your myI-CAR number and organization ID. If you do not have this

information, please contact Customer Care at (800) 422-7872.

If you forgot your username, please contact Customer Care at (800) 422-7872 to acquire your

username upon verification.

How do I buy a course?
When logged in to myI-CAR, select “Browse Catalog” to view Learning Paths and Learning Plans. On the right side of the screen you can choose to either buy all of the courses within the selected Learning Path or Plan, or you can choose the option to select courses to buy. Click “Add to Cart” when ready.
I can log in, but I cannot access certain areas. Why are some areas greyed out?
The web experience is designed for Students/Technicians and Training Managers. A Training Manager has more access to guide the organization’s training budget and plan. You are likely trying to access an area that only a Training Manager can add/change/update.
How do I log in to the new myI-CAR experience for the first time?

Accessing the new myI-CAR experience requires a one-time activation process. Go to the

orange myI-CAR link at the top of Once you follow the activation

prompts, please allow up to one hour for the enhanced system to update with your

How do I find out my password?

Your password should be at least 8 characters and 4 out 4 of the following types of characters:

a lower-case letter, an upper-case letter, a number, a special character (such as !@#$%^&*). If

you forgot your password, please use the “forgot password” link at the bottom of the login

Yes, Internet Explorer does not support the new web experience.

I am not associated with the correct organization. How do I update my association?

Please contact Customer Care at (800) 422-7872 to provide your current place of employment

for correct association.

How will I know what classes I need?
When you log in to myI-CAR, select “Browse Catalog” to view various Learning Plans by ProLevel®. Scroll down to select the Learning Plan for your role and ProLevel.
How will I know my progress to Platinumâ„¢?
After logging in to myI-CAR, select “My Training” to view a snapshot of your training status, renewal dates, certifications and more.
How do I select additional individual roles or learning paths?
When logged in to myI-CAR, select “My Training”, then add a check mark to any of the preferred learning paths on the right to view training progress towards selected particular path(s). Please note that this will not change the role that your organization has declared for you.
